Who we are

OrçaZap IA is an app by Tureta e Silva Soluções Tecnológicas Ltda (VertyxHQ), CNPJ 67.011.112/0001-19 (Brazil) ("we"). This policy explains what data the app processes, why, and your rights. Contact: suporte@vertyxhq.com.

Data that stays on your phone

Your business profile, clients, saved services, quotes, jobs and client signatures are stored only on your phone. We do not receive this data. If you uninstall the app, it is deleted — use the export in Settings to keep a copy.

Data sent to our servers

• Account identifier: when you open the app we create an anonymous account (a random code) to apply plan limits. We do not ask for your name, email or phone for the free plan.
• AI quote audio or text: when you use "Describe the job by voice", the recording (or text) and the needed context — your client names, saved services and business category — are sent for transcription and draft building. Audio is processed in memory and is not stored; we do not keep the transcript.
• Pro sign-in: when you subscribe you sign in with Google or Apple; we receive the identifier and email provided by them, used only to link your subscription.
• Usage counters: number of quotes and AI uses per month, to apply free plan limits.

Subscriptions and payments

Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm subscription status; it receives your account identifier and the purchase data provided by the store.

Ads

The free plan shows Google AdMob ads. Google may use the device advertising ID to serve and measure ads, under the Google ads policy. You choose whether to allow personalized ads in the consent message shown in the app. The Pro plan has no ads.

Who we share with

Only with the providers needed to run the service: Supabase (servers and accounts), Groq (transcription and AI), Google and Apple (sign-in and payments), RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Google AdMob (ads). Some are located outside your country (United States and Canada). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep data

The account and usage counters are kept while you use the app. When you delete your account, we erase this data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as purchase records).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability and deletion of your data by emailing suporte@vertyxhq.com. To delete your account, see Delete account.

Children

The app is meant for professionals and businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and notify you in the app when the change is significant.
