Acceptance

By using OrçaZap IA, by Tureta e Silva Soluções Tecnológicas Ltda (VertyxHQ) (CNPJ 67.011.112/0001-19), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app does

OrçaZap IA helps you build, send and track quotes and jobs. Documents are generated from the information you provide. You are responsible for the prices, terms, timelines and content you send to your clients.

Artificial intelligence

AI-generated drafts are suggestions and may contain mistakes. AI does not set prices: items without a price are flagged for review. Always review before sending. Nothing is sent to the client without your action.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan has monthly limits (such as number of quotes, clients and AI uses) and shows ads. The Pro plan removes ads and the limits described in the store. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

Subscription

The Pro subscription is billed by Google Play or the App Store and renews automatically until you cancel it in the store settings. Refunds follow the store policy. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before they end.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for illegal activities, misleading content or to bypass limits, ads or the security of the service.

Your data

Your quotes and clients stay on your phone; keep copies using the export in Settings. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from prices or terms entered in quotes, temporary AI unavailability or loss of data stored only on the phone.
